1. Clean your face, and wait for the skin to dry. Do not use on wet skin.
  2. Apply evenly across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
  3. Do not leave on for longer than 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  4. Do not use more than once a week. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed, on unbroken skin. Patch-test prior to use.

Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) and a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and, particularly, the possibility of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.



  1. Clean your face with a gentle cleanser that suits your skin type.
  2. Gently massage the sleeping mask using your fingertips, in an upward-outward circular motion.
  3. Don’t forget to apply the mask on your neck.
  4. Ideally, you should apply the sleeping mask 30 minutes before you go to bed.
